STEP 2

Once you’ve received your mould kit, follow this video and complete the steps carefully:

Please take your time when moulding your teeth. Watch the video multiple times before starting to ensure you get a clean, accurate mould.

  Bite down deep — we need the gum line over your teeth to ensure a tight fit.
  
• 
  If your mould is not good enough, you will need to purchase another kit.
  
• 
  We can only make caps/grillz that fit the moulds provided.
  
• 
  We do not reimburse for grillz that do not fit due to poor moulds.
  

If your cap/grill is slightly loose, we can advise on a dental glue to resolve this.

If your cap is too small, unfortunately there is nothing we can do — this means there was an issue with the mould provided.

To avoid these issues, we recommend getting moulded by us in person. We understand this isn’t an option for everyone, so please take extra care — this is the most important part of the process.

STEP 3

Once your moulds are complete, contact us to confirm your order details:

  Which teeth you want caps/grillz on
  
• 
  Which teeth you want as windows (if applicable)
  

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

Include your Instagram handle and phone number inside the mould kit so we can identify your moulds.

STEP 4

Attach the prepaid postage label included in your kit to the provided package bag.

Ship the moulds back to us and wait for your grillz! ✨

SIDE NOTE

If you only want grillz on your top teeth, do not mould the bottom teeth — this gives you 3 attempts to get the perfect mould (and vice versa for bottom-only caps).
